Perhaps another sub-category, BATHROOM, KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY FURNITURE (vanities, medicine cabs, make-up mirrors, tissue holders, towel rods and robe hooks, disposals, dishwashers, etc.)

The reason your porcelain cast iron sink

Was hard to keep clean was the original shiny surface was not protected and not shiny anymore. Seen it happen in expensive houses in a few months because cleaning crew used abrasive cleansers. Never with anything I installed with less than a minute's instructions. Always a shame, but seen sinks, tubs, china toilets, high end ceramic tile, faucets, you name it ruined this way. However I've seen and worked with some of the same stuff >100 years old that still had original shiny surface and a lot easier to keep clean than your stainless steel sink by far. If your plumber didn't inform you of that, find a better one

My nephew is a great plumber . . . Part 1 of 2

And actually he lives and works as a plumber for a plumbing company in a town north of Seattle.
I might go so far as to say I believe he is amoung the WORLDS BEST PLUMBERS.
On what do I base this?
At my and his brother's request, he volunteered, along with his brother, to go to Oregon and build a lady with 5 kids, two bathroom(s), backporch with washer/dryer and sink, outside faucet, replumbed lines to kitchen, and also did all the connections and cement work related to connections for toilets etc and more.
Prior to their arrival someone else had added some square footage and poured a floor to the existing space that served as a bathroom
