Plumbing fittings are used in piping systems and piping to connect the straight pipe or tube sections,to adapt to different sizes or shapes,and to regulate fluid flow.Plumbing fixtures,especially rare types can be costly and require time,materials and tools for installation,so it is a non-trivial part of piping and plumbing systems.

Present your problem to a good plumbing fixture
(not a retail place like home depot, but a dedicated plumbing supply house like where plumbers go to buy stuff)...there are a multitude of trim rings available that allow replacement fixtures to be adapted to old cutouts...make a full-sized template of your cutout to show them and they will no doubt be able to hook you up with something that will work.

The sink and toilet parts alone will be somewhere between $200-$400, depending on the type of fixtures and manufacturer that you choose (e.g.-toilets run from $175 into the thousands of $$). The labor to install these two again will be between $200-$300 depending on the difficulty of the job. But the bulk of the cost will be the plumbing, not only the water supply(ies), but he the sewer line. What are you thinking for the hook-up for the toilet in the garage? Is the garage floor a cement slab? Are you going to cut thru the slab and either tunnel under it or cut a trench thru the concrete to get to the sewer hook-up place (wherever that may be)? This is where your cost is

I am an Interior Designer who would like to specialize in helping contractors design new homes (presold or spec). I currently work for a design center that offers cabinets, carpet, tile, hardood & slab countertops. I feel that I could be a single source for a contractor to go to for design help (since a lot of them don t want to deal with this end of it). I could also select paint colors, appliances, lighting & plumbing fixtures . I would love any ideas on how to market contractors!
Good Idea, Erika! My late mother really broke into that market when she did a "Street of Dreams" home. This is where high end contractors build a number of spec homes and dress them to the hilt. They get more "lookers" and therefore, future contracts. Mom got a great deal of exposure, too and formed a relationship with that builder that lasted a lifetime. Check with any/all building contractor organizations in the area, or large Realtors or perhaps even Building Supply centers. I believe the one she was involved with, was arranged through a large Realtor …
