Looking for contractor to do an addition

Can anyone recommend a contractor (Greater Seattle area) to extend
a garage and put a bed/bath/utility room in
the old garage area? Most recent quote - 155k, I thought I could pay half that...no high end fixtures, just very basic. Maybe I'm being unrealistic, but when I add up the pieces, they are about 80-90k.
