How much to redo bathroom?

I have a hall bathroom that I'd like to redo, but don't want to go crazy with the budget. I want to...
replace the tile floor, swap out the bathtub with a deeper soaking tub, replace the bathtub tile surround, maybe put in a glass door instead of the shower curtain, add an electric instant-hot-water-heater to the shower, replace the toilet, replace the 1-sink vanity with a 2 sink vanity with lots of drawers/storage, replace the mirror/medicine cabinet with a larger one or two small ones, put a mosaic backsplash behind the sinks, replace the toilet, repair the ceiling drywall which is sagging, add new plumbing and lighting fixtures, and repaint

I'm a contractor in center city Philadelphia and have done quite a few bathrooms. A good source for pricing is R.S. Means and Co. Residential Detailed Costs pricing guide - which they sell by the Pro Desks at Home Depot for about $25. It's geared towards new construction and takes a bit to figure out how to pull all the different components together - but it does have good pricing information and location factors to adjust it for your area.
I use it to validate my estimates to make sure I'm competitive and am giving customers a good value for their dollar (having started out as a frustrated homeowner - this is important to me)
