Faucet included accessories

Looking for widespread faucet on Amazon.com.
This faucet says "comes without valve"
which means I must buy
There are many other faucets such as these below. They don't state "no valve or rough-in assembly". Then, can I assume the rough-in comes with them?

Question

I have already had some qoutes for remodeling and I have a few more questions.
First, the numbers I am seeing on this forum seem a little high.
For clarification, I am going to keep the existing cast iron tub in place. We are not going to replace the in wall heater with anything as we have an ac/ heat vent in the ceiling of the bathroom.
Also, we plan on using decent but not fancy fixtures and accessories (Delta faucets, 12x12 ceramic tiles from a surplus store,etc.)
The estimates we have so far vary from $1500.00- $5200.00 labor with me providing the materials

    • Ceramic fixtures are made of clay. That clay is shaped (often poured from a liquid form into a mold). The clay dries and hardens that clay is then "fired" in a kiln at extremely high temperatures, converting it to a very hard material. It is then coated with glaze, and fired again, filling the pores and giving it the smooth shiny surface.

    Bought a house less than a year ago that was built in the 80s. The house was slightly renovated but NOTHING was done to the hall/guest bathroom except a really awesome oil rubbed bronze light fixture. It has the hideous cultured marble with a seashell shaped sink that is on the right side (not in the middle of the counter.) I painted the bathroom a rustic orange and bought a really nice shower curtain and dark brown towels and rugs to match. Slowly coming along.     • Maybe a nice plant as a contrast to the rust-brown colors. You don t say how much room you have, so choose a large floor plant, or smaller one on a stand, depending on what fits. It s a good temporary fix if you decide on something else later. If that doesn t appeal to you, how about a cupboard for storage? If people will be showering in there, they might appreciate a place to lay their clothes, like a small bench or chair.

    My room is painted a sky blue color and i have one accent wall which is a darker sky blue. I have a floral bedspread which contains the colors aqua, sky blue, a darker sky blue, and two leafy colors. I want to bring some of this into my bathroom..Right now my bathroom is painted this dark brown color, the tile is updated and it s like this rustic looking color ( a light brown with creme colored spots in it ) and i have a light blue shower curtain, a darkish shag rug, and a blue trash can.
